Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Double payment for a room

When we arrived at the hotel there were no electricity. But we paid the host in cash. After that my creditcard has been charged for the stay even though we paid the host in cash. Hope we get our money back I prepaid by credit card
