All good but there was a confusion about breakfast. Hotel staff told me that breakfast was not included but when I booked it clearly says breakfast included. Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time. When sending communication to the hotel please mention about breakfast is included. This will help the process. Please clarify why this confusion.

الفندق جديد و تصميمه حديث و الموظفين في الاستقبال يتكلمو إنجليزي و متعاونين الغرف واسعه و نظيفه و الحمام كبير و نظيف لكن يحتاج اهتمام أكثر في التنظيف تم تنبيهنا ان البلكونه تكون مغلقه لان القرود ممكن تدخل الغرفه وما فتحتها و فعلا شفت القرود فوق السور الافطار رغم تنوعه بالاكلات الهنديه الا ان المتوفر ما كان يناسب الذائقه العربيه و اسعار الافطار و العشاء كانت مناسبه جدا الفندق موقعه استراتيجي جنب محميه النمور و كذلك أسواق البهارات بالجمله جنبه مشي ٥ الي ١٠ دقايق و الأسعار جدا مناسبه سعر الفندق كان مناسب ب ١٩ ريال عماني لكن بدون إفطار و الشركات الي توفر رحلات السفري قريبه و أسعارها مناسبه

Servitörerna var för ivriga, ville säkert väk, men det blev jobbigt att inte ens få avgöra hur vi ville rosta brödet till frukost. För hög musik i korridorerna, vilket var störande. När vi ringde receptionen och bad dem sänka ljudet på plan 3 brydde de sig inte.
