"Cruising from Tilbury so looking to drive up from Bristol the day before and find a nearby B&B. Found the Campanile on Expedia based on price and distance. Read the reviews and thought "How bad can it be?" Well - not bad at all! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room for the night and extremely comfortable bed. Close to dual carriageway but we didn't notice any traffic noise. Evening meal a bit "ready-meal" but a great breakfast and late check-out if you want it. Will definitely stay again if sailing from Tilbury."

"A great apartment for what we needed, the added welcome tray was lovely. We appreciated the security measures at the apartments and felt safe. The apartment itself was comfortable, it needed a final looking over as there were a couple of cobwebs higher up but nothing that affected us, the bathroom and kitchen were immaculate as were the beds. The location worked well and despite being a busy area was mostly quiet. The balcony was an added bonus, we enjoyed that too, We would book again if we needed to stay in the area."
