"Staff was great. Breakfast was flawless, many options to choose from. Views are breathtaking. This is an upscale place and you can tell by its patrons. You can feel like royalty at this place. Manager was courteous enough to allow me a late check out due to an unforeseen matter. She didn’t hesitate. I appreciated her for that one.

"i have travelled widely and this hotel is the worst i have ever stayed at or heard of. rat droppings behind the bed in one room i was allocated, the first room i was allocated had some creature in it which jumped from the wall to the floor as soon as the staff member turned on the light, i have no idea what is was but i heard it land on the floor. everything was dirty and poorly maintained. i didnt dare use the shower due to the awful state and it had naked wired coming out of the wall at one end. didnt dare eat the breakfast and i cut short my stay, slept with the light on to stop any other creatures emerging. horrific experience"
