They helped us book tours, gave us names of great local eats, and even allowed us to check out at 4pm so that we would have enough time to visit one more waterfall, come back to the hotel and shower before leaving. "Nous vous déconseillons cet hébergement. Nous étions 4 personnes et avons loués 2 chambres. L'emplacement a été difficile à trouver avec le lien envoyé. Nous sommes arrivés en pleine tempête des moussons, et il y avait une panne d'électricité (ce qui n'est pas la faute de notre hôte), mais une fois l'électricité revenue, l'eau n'est pas revenue. "The Villas were amazing. The staff cleaned them in the morning and turned down the room for the night. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. The staff was beyond helpful. Always stopping what they are doing to say hi and see how you are doing. Made at the restaurant was amazing as were all the other managers on the property. If you ever truly want to relax the Bali way this resort is the one for you. Highly recommend The Kelapa Resort as this is my 2nd time staying here."

Munduk Moding Plantation Nature Resort

"Our stay at Munduk Plantation Nature Resort was nothing short of perfect. If you're looking for a private, luxurious experience set in the mountainous jungle of north Bali, this is it. Our pool villa included the attentive services of Leo, our butler. Leo kindly arranged breakfast each morning, brought to our villa, as well as scheduled various nature treks, dinners, yoga, and spa treatments for us. We had regular friendly communication with him via WhatsApp. Leo's welcoming nature made our stay truly a home. Other wonderful and attentive staff included Nia and Juni at the Balinese restaurant on site and Roni who collected us from the airport and drove us to our next hotel in Ubud. All staff made us feel like nothing was too much to ask, and we genuinely felt sad saying goodbye."

Lovina Beach Hotel

"We've stayed many times at the Lovina Beach Hotel and have loved it each and every time. The Superior rooms are by far the best though there are cheaper rooms if needed. The included breakfast is good, the pool is good and the location is great - right on the beach and a 200m stroll to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Lovina is a chill out place compared to the craziness of Kuta, Legian & Seminyak. We're already planning our return to Lovina and the same hotel."
