"Dear Best Western Customer Service,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at one of your properties.
Upon check-in, the first room provided was in completely unacceptable condition. The toilet contained visible urine and feces, there was hair on the bed and throughout the floor, and leftover food was present on the floor. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival.
After reporting the issue, I was moved to a second room. Unfortunately, this room was also in unacceptable condition. The toilet again was visibly dirty, with urine around it, demonstrating a repeated failure in basic housekeeping and sanitation standards.
This was not an isolated incident but rather a pattern that strongly indicates systemic issues with cleanliness and management at this location. These conditions fall far below reasonable expectations for any hotel brand and raise serious concerns about hygiene and guest safety.
Despite these issues, no adequate resolution was provided at the property level, and I was still charged for the stay. Given that the rooms were not fit for occupancy, I am requesting a full refund for my stay.
I have documented the conditions and am prepared to provide evidence if needed. I trust that Best Western takes guest safety and cleanliness seriously and will address this matter promptly.
I look forward to your response and a resolution.
Sincerely,
Roberto G"
