"Room humidifier or mini fridge was leaking and my companion fell broke her ankle and we had to cut our holiday short and return home for surgery. Managers and staff were very helpful empathetic when this happened.took us to hospital medicines etc were take care by them"

"Its not really a 4 star more of a 3 star, rooms are quite small and dated. The overall is very old looking, needs maintenance.
