"This stay was an unmitigated disaster and far below standard, characterized by misrepresentation, unacceptable cleanliness, and nonexistent service. The experience began with a bait-and-switch room discrepancy, requiring us to negotiate and pay extra to receive the large family room we originally booked. The entire resort and bungalow area were dirty and unmaintained, suggesting the property is barely operating. Service was abysmal; staff appeared to be awakened for the late breakfast and...

"If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet, spacious, and well-ventilated environment, I highly recommend it. I'd like to thank everyone, from the receptionist to the entire staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The spa, body massage, and skin care packages were especially good. In short, it was a well-ventilated environment. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but we already had our own internet connection. It would be even better if it had its own private sandy beach."

"The staff is friendly and polite, but the rooms are not cleaned every day. Bottled water for coffee, toilet paper and towels are brought to the bathroom upon request.Otherwise they don’t bring any of those, they don’t clean everyday. I wake up early and breakfast doesn’t ready until almost 10am. Am an early bird so I need my coffee. Otherwise, it’s a nice family environment. I might consider coming back but they need to make sure they need to be on top of things without request. "
