O hotel é excelente....nos chamou a atenção a falta de cortesia fos funcionários da recepção! Ademais, nao tem estacionamento conforme descrito no app! Contam com 5 vagas na rua enfrente ao hotel,o q seria o espaço de desembarque!! Entao fica sempre ocupado o que dificulta a chegada e saida com bagagem....eles tb nao possuem o carrinho para malas e tampouco tem funcionários para ajudar.. Podem melhorar..

Decepcionante! Pela segunda vez que nos hospedamos no hotel.. e para nossa surpresa nada mudou! Um hotel onde tem que pedir mais de uma vez p limpar o quarto ou pelo menos trocar as toalhas tem tudo para ser OK, apenas. Quando saímos pela manhã, nos perguntaram se podiam limpar o quarto e dissemos que sim. Quando voltamos, estava tudo como tínhamos deixado.. ligamos para a recepção e nos foi informado que a limpeza é feita pela parte da tarde, mas mesmo assim, à tarde não foram limpar. Wi-Fi continua ruim. Cafe da manhã ok (para não dizer que o bolo e a gelatina eram as mesmas nos três dias que ficamos hóspedes), além de ao pedir por mais suco a resposta foi: “daqui a pouco vamos repor” - daqui a pouco eu já estava indo embora! Tirando tuuudo isso, os funcionários da recepção são educados e gentis.

Decepcionante, fedido, mal atendimento!

decepcionante! o quarto cheirava mal e embora tenhamos reclamado Na recepção, não foi solucionado nem sugerido que trocássemos de quarto. Pedimos água para mate e nos mandaram aquecer no microondas do quarto (como que em um hotel no sul do país não há disposição para oferecer uma água quente ou ao menos uma chaleira à disposição dos hóspedes! Um jarra de plástico no microondas é sem noção!!) além de que para limparem o quarto é necessário que se solicite na recepção (solicitamos e esqueceram!).

Atendimento do Staff, perfeito. Boa garagem. Apartamentos bons. Entretanto, o primeiro que nos foi oferecido tinha um odor ácido e infiltração do banheiro para a parede do quarto. Imediatamente nos colocaram em outro. Falta outro split na sala (uma vez que é apart-hotel) e são áreas independentes. Falta TV maior e independente no quarto. É pequena e funciona em sincronia com a da sala. Assim se alguém está vendo um canal na sala, obrigatoriamente será visto o mesmo canal no quarto e o ajuste de volume é feito pela TV da sala. (??)
