There were a few minor inconveniences (not enough toilet paper, hair dryer broken, not enough trash bags) and the staff was slow to fix these. "this hotel does not have AC so summer nights are hot and sensitive people can't sleep. our room faced the inside area where many birds are constantly active - so it's loud. and because we had to open the window due to heat, we could not sleep due to the noise. breakfast was ok, but not special. very large hotel and very busy"
