"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now once in the cheapest room and now once in a Queen deluxe room for a quick one night travel stay it’s absolutely perfect clean beds, clean towels, no bugs or hair can’t complain about anything honestly don’t expect the Ritz when going somewhere with this price point. Will come back any time I’m out that way "

"Hotel is old. The bathroom was so small, the door barely misses hitting the commode when you close it. The bathroom door is warped and drags across the floor when you close it. The bathtub has cracks and chips in the finish. The towel bar in the bathroom is about ready to fall off the wall. The staff were polite and made check in/out easy The continental breakfast was the typical bland food you get for free. The only fruit was bananas that were more brown than yellow. The waitress in the lounge who served us drinks and dinner was excellent."

"The room we had was a handicapped accessible room, and the shower floor was so slippery that I ended up falling and pulling down the shower curtain and rod. It was also a step in shower, which I thought was weird for a handicap room. The room was very clean and nice, but to have an extremely ship slippery shower I thought was not attentive to guest safety."

"Barely any services. For coffee and breakfast uou need to go to the food court of the casino. The pool has been not in function since the hotel opened. The terraces and vommin seating areas you cannot even get a glass of water or a coffee. I booked a room to attend my Sons graduation with my famiky over 6 minths ago, i have stayed at the hotel ever since it opened viaiting my aon at university and the weekend that matter when I am here with my wise tjey put me in a terrible “wall facing” room and when i asked to swap the check in ladies had no autjority to help and the “duty supervisor” asked me to upgrade for 100$ i norder to get a slighly brighter room. Amazing cuayomers skills!! Will never be back and reccomend not trying it. Place is made for the gambling crowd that dont want any service"
