"The room was great -- clean and spacious. The yoga classes and meals were awesome. I went solo and met a lot of great people, we ended up putting together a group that ate meals together and took a couple of trips together outside of the property. The only real friction point was commuting between the room (some of the rooms are deeper into the property) and the restaurant/sauna area. You can walk the steep road, take a 20 minute trail (which is beautiful), or wait for the shuttle. Not a dealbreaker, just wish I had known. Awesome time! Take the night tour with Aurelio!"

"The staff were incredibly friendly. Right away they offered drinks while we checked in. We were able to use the pool and gym while we waited for our room to be ready. Very clean stay and open spaces. Breakfast had many options and changed depending on the day. Loved the variety of pools and jacuzzis for privacy or bigger groups. "

"Staff from reception, housekeeping, shuttles, restaurant and bar all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding from fresh omelette station to hot and cold options. Room was great enjoyed wildlife from our patio every day. Hot springs and pools were clean and not overcrowded. Saw monkeys, iguanas, wild pigs, cows, horses and tons of beautiful birds throughout the property."

"Our family of five stayed at Junglo Resort and Spa over the holidays and had a wonderful overall experience. While we encountered a brief challenge due to a regional power outage (completely outside the resort’s control), the manager—who is also the owner—was on site, extremely attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure the guests were taken care of! The resort itself is new, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views. Our accommodations were very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help in any way they could. We also had the opportunity to speak with the owner about his vision for the future development and expansion of the resort. It’s clear he has the right ambition and passion, and we truly wish him continued success. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to La Fortuna and highly recommend Junglo Resort and Spa to others looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway."
