"I liked this property, the staff is friendly, except the ladie that works making eggs in the breakfast, she wasn't was friendly anytime, didn't smile and she looks like sad, the rest of the staff so friendly and polite. The second day we have an issue in the room with the water heating, apararently wasn't working properly, but they gave us an room upgrade, we didn't have any issue with the new room, the breakfast is great, the property is well maintained, they are doing some upgrade to some part of the hotel, resuming my stay was great, definitely come back to this hotel in the future. The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animals—it added such a fun, unique touch. We had an amazing time overall and definitely plan to return when we’re back in Costa Rica!"
