The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast poor and not much to be desired. Should have went out for breakfast. The property while clean is in need of updates in furniture and carpeting. The hallways are extremely dark. It was okay for one night stay. Plenty of parking.

This is an older, but still comfortable, property. We enjoyed our stay. Our primary complaint was that the room was 80 degrees when we arrived, but we were able to adjust the thermostat.

Has an awesome pool. No hot tub. Beds are comfy, but rooms are out dated.. no coffee maker or micro, but had a mini fridge. Has breakfast in AM, but bar and diner is closed permanently so disappointing there. Staff is awesome but for 130-175 a night depending on you needs is just an OK place overall..

The Red Lion in Pendleton Oregon is conveniently located. It has beautiful views from the lobby and the restaurant and possibly some of the rooms. The room we stayed in overlooked parking and a side street. The lobby has been refurbished and shows nicely. Our room on the other hand was very tired looking. The furnishings in the room are dated. The bathroom did not smell fresh and clean, it smelled of urine. The lobby area that lead to the restaurant had several buckets catching rainwater since it had rained overnight. There is a large parking lot. The restaurant appears to only serve a buffet breakfast. It was a short 1 night stay, if longer we would have asked for a different room. There is so much potential for this property but it needs a makeover!

The bed was comfortable. The only complaint we had was the smell of mold/mildew. We were down a flight of stairs, the smell was stronger going down the hall to the room. Also when the hot water was on for the shower or sink, I smelt the mold again. We didn't use any of the amenities but noticed an outside pool, exercise room, and a computer that guest could use. The breakfast was the normal buffett breakfast. Overall not a bad place.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it was comfortable and clean. The same for this visit but the hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. It has been in Pendleton a long time and was once a haven for travelers and the locals. The beds are very comfortable and room was large. 2 sinks and a separate area for toilet and bathtub. Toiletries were provided and smell very nice. The pool was warmer this time and very well maintained. Front Staff was somewhat unprofessional but very informative. Please don’t tell me you are ready to go home when I check in. This was the best price I found compared to similar hotels in the area. They did have a buffet breakfast bit did not try it.
