"The most breath-taking and memorable place we've ever stayed. It truly defies belief! Every inch of this property is stunning, pictures could never do it justice. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, and truly get to know you and care about making your stay as incredible as possible. If they can go above and beyond in any way, they will! I could not recommend Ayung Resort more, and you will not regret it should you choose to stay here!"
"We loved our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. From the moment we arrived, the front door staff, concierge, security, and bell staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The cleaning staff provided excellent service and maintained very high standards throughout our stay.
Our garden room was well equipped, clean, and spacious, with excellent air conditioning, making it very comfortable to relax in.
We also found the Discova third-party tour operator located at the hotel to be very informative and helpful. They planned our trips well, and everything ran exactly as expected.
The only minor drawback, and no fault of the hotel, is the heavy traffic around the hotel in the afternoons. A 20-minute walk can take up to an hour and a half by car, so walking is often the better option.
Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding staff and great accommodation. We would happily return."
"Perfect stay with family and little ones fun for adults too where you can always keep an eye out on your little ones. Dining and shopping is everywhere and accessible. Very fun would recommend to other families and can’t wait to come back "
"We have the best room ever. It was on the lagoon. They treated us so well. They stocked our free mini bar everyday with water and juice and soda. We had all we needed. There was a variety of teas to use with the kettle they provided. They also supplied us with bug repellent. We had a lovely complimentary breakfast buffet everyday. It included food from several countries. I would recommend this resort to anyone. It is centrally located in town and on the beach. There is a boardwalk that trails all along the beach. We were in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We ordered room service several times and it was delicious and fast and served well. Book your stay here and you will be pleasantly pleased. "
"Excellent services,clean big room,helpful staff,
Comfortable stay, nice big infinity rooftop pool.
Everything was best during our stay.
We booked for three nights initially but extended two more nights "
"Clean room and hardworking housekeeping crew. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception, quick check in for late arrival, helped me with arranging for pickup for my tour (Danny), polite and attentive (Nita - help with breakfast boxes due to early morning departure and Suwati). Good location, close to walk to Kuta Beach. Also good breakfast buffet and attentive staff at this restaurant. Look like a nice swimming pool, but did not get a chance to use it. Spa on this location was great "
"The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival. "
