Otima localização, vista linda

Muita sorte poder contar com pelo menos um hotel lá nessa localidade nessa época do ano, pois fizemos questão de dormir ali e essa era a única opção.

Hotel de montaña, en un pueblo que en su momento habrá tenido su esplendor, hoy todo el pueblo Prácticamente abandonado, el hotel le pibe muchísima onda y están levantándolo de a poco ya que es enorme, rescato la atención del personal, la buena onda, la garra y la perseverancia

La experiencia en general fue muy muy buena! El restaurante muy bueno, con una carta variada, platos muy ricos y abundantes y a precios accesibles. El salón de estar y zona de bar son muy agradables, para pasar la tardecita con hermosas vistas al cerro Penitentes. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero amplias y luminosas. Nosotros éramos 4 y nos tocó una habitación enorme. Los baños son antiguos, pero todo impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Nos hay que dejarse engañar por el aspecto exterior del hotel, que parece abandonado, adentro todo es mucho mejor, especialmente las áreas comunes. Para destacar: La atención del personal, es realmente excelente! Fuimos esperando esquiar y pese a que no había nada de nieve descubrimos muchos paseos para hacer por la zona. Altamente recomendable!

Hemos estado hace unos años y tenian un hogar a leña hermoso prendido que le daba calidez al lugar con esa vista hermosa les sugiero que lo vuelvan a poner en funcionamiento, los televisores son viejos de los de pantalla curva y los vidrios sucios no hay heladerita feigobar en la habitacion lo demas excelente sobre todo el restaurante.

Muy Buena Experiencia

La atención de todo el personal fue excelente!!! Siempre dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inquietud. La carta de comida es aceptable pero debería tener opción a elegir platos más tradicionales (minutas, pastas, pizzas, empanadas, etc). El servicio de WiFi no se entiende porqué es solo en el lobby del hotel. En el resto del hotel no hay señal (esto se solucionaria con un ampliador de señal de muy bajo costo)

la vista increible, hay un arroyito que pasa por detras que es espectacular. las habitaciones son grandes el desayuno muy rico! lo malo es que se cortaba el agua a cada rato y no cuentan con ascensor

Nice place to stay

Great reception staff. We don’t speak Spanish so they were very helpful and spoke good English. Good restaurant with English menu. Rooms basic but comfortable. Beautiful scenery. We weren’t there during ski season, so it was very quiet.

Expensive

Okay hotel 8000 plus feet above sea level in the Andes along the Uspallata pass. Very handy for an early boder crossing into Chile. Food is adequate, not bad but not great either. Very expensive room, compared to imilar places in Argentina but that may be down to its location. Wifi is virtually non existant. You have to ask reception to start a modem and then stand by desk!

Aangekomen bij het verblijf was het hotel niet open, terwijl de check-in vanaf 2 uur was. We zijn naar het restaurant naast het hotel gegaan en hebben gewacht. Uiteindelijk zijn we om half 4 het hotel binnen gegaan. Toen we zeiden dat er niemand was, zeiden ze: dat klopt. Geen excuses. Daarnaast vroegen we om de WiFi code en toen zeiden ze dat de WiFi het niet deed. Ook geen excuses. De kamer rook muf , maar was wel mooi groot. Het ontbijt was goed.
