Prepare to pay Expedia a property fee then be charged a check in fee plus a daily amenities fees when you get there. The resort is not on the beach. You walk across the road to a public beach & they offer a chair set up service for a fee each day or take your own stuff. The room was nice & had a good view. Golf cart service is available. Cashless resort. The check in process is confusing because there is a check in/HOA but it's managed by a property management & if you book through a 3rd party such as Expedia they tell you they can't tell you anything because they "can't see it on their side". The pools are clean & well kept. Parking garage is a nice perk.
