We had a gulf view room, which was exactly what we wanted and could see dolphins from our balcony. The staff was friendly. The pool is really nice, but too many kids for my taste. We like to walk and never took the car for dinner. I would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

The only complaints I have are that the lazy river/pool was not heated as described and was actually quite cold and the rooms were not the cleanest. Best Western Premier The Tides
it's a great place to stay- one of my complaints is the elevators are very slow. Also this time, we noticed that the coffee machines have been taken out of the rooms. So if you want coffee, you have to go to lobby and pay for it.
