Always a nice place to stay, rooms are always clean and spacious, friendly staff. The pool was out of service which was a huge bummer but the indoor pool and hot tubs were functional and we could use our neighbor hotel pools

I checked in last minute as the hotel I booked was in an unsafe location and was actually missing the external door. I was traveling with a pet, and the staff were so nice. They understood what happened and were very sympathetic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was clean, safe, I had no problems walking my dog at night.

The location of the property was great and close to area restaurants and shopping. Very easy access to beach. Everything was very clean and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful. This area had just been thru a hurricane a few weeks before we arrived and I was very impressed with how much work had been done to clean things up. The pool was unable to be used outside as it needed more repairs from the storm and they were actively working on it. The inside pool was available for use. My room was clean and very nice. The beach view off the very large balcony was beautiful. They have a bar and restaurant inside as well as a tiki bar outside. We did order some food from the bar area and it was good. Overall I enjoyed the stay here and would stay again on my next visit. It offers everything you need.

This was my wife’s and I first time in Pensacola. We got in a little late. I don’t ever think I’ve seen such happy people just doing their job. Even the waitress at the restaurant was so nice. The hotel was very clean and the lazy river was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you have kids. Just very easy access to the pool and the beach.
