"The hotel lobby was always clean. The front desk staff made us feel like we were interrupting every time we needed something. The concierges were all wonderful. There was dog hair on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in. The hotel should really have a dedicated elevator for dogs as well as designated floor. There were dogs everywhere and for people with allergies, it made for a difficult stay."
"Property is very old and dumpy. Beds were cozy but the rooms not super clean. Carpet hasn’t been updated or stains removed since the 80s.
Staff were lovely and helpful. Pool was down due to a child pooping but was remedied relatively quick. Ants in the room
Much more a 2 star than 3 Functional but not nice"
"The breakfast is good adding to the stay but everyday is like customer fighting for food or plates or cups. There were two staff only doing everything .
The room is old and need some update . But overall livable standard z"
"It was great. It’s was a blast from the past as when we were younger we stayed at the old Pass Motor Inn. Wish the pool was still there lol. But understand why they filled it in."
