Good hotel if a bit outdated
"Good hotel if a bit dated. No fridge or air conditioner in room which during this spell of hot weather could have been very beneficial. When I requested a room with air con we were told they didn’t have any but were moved to a larger room on request. No issues or additional cost for the change."

"A nice clean and modern hotel, lovely spa facilities at just £25 extra each, friendly staff, good food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Just a bit further out of Conwy than we realised with nothing in walking distance."

"Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub).
