"This is a property with great infrastructure ruined by lack of management's intent and seriousness. And the tell-tale signs are everywhere. There was a bunch of rotten bananas discarded by some previous boarder and was lying in front of our cottage, God knows for how many days. They don't serve breakfast. That's a joke since the property is out of nowhere, so stepping out for having breakfast at some local eatery is not an option either. Post evening no staff is available, and you will be at mercy of a couple of rustic security guards who can't speak anything other than Telugu. So, if you can't speak Telugu, you are doomed. They won't have any access to any provisions either. If you need anything, you have to wait till next morning when the resort office staff resume work. But the biggest shock was when we realised that the swimming pool and the allied facilities were accessible to outsiders as well. During our stay we experienced that scores of local "peace-loving" outsiders (if you understand what I mean) thronged the poolin the afternoon. They were literally ransacking the place. Their unruly behaviour forced us to keep ourselves locked up in our rooms the entire afternoon. The female family members specially didn't feel safe to loiter around with the uncouth outsiders taking over the property.
The only saving grace was the restaurant managed by Mithun Chakraborty and his team. Their service was up to the mark. Foods were delicious too."
"The most delapilated, disgusting premises I have seen in a long time. I ended up paying and checking out not long after checking in. Nothing there worked"
