"The location was excellent"

"Der Biergarten bzw. Frühstücksbereich liegt schön am See und die Matratzen waren gut. Ich war während einer sehr heißen Temperaturperiode in diesem Hotel, und als ich die Tür zu meinem Einzelzimmer (unter dem Dach) öffnete, stand ich sozusagen im offenen Badezimmer. Keine Milchglasscheibe o.ä. war davor verbaut. Bis auf eine kleine Schublade unter dem Waschtisch gibt es auch nur offene Regale. Und obwohl dieses Zimmer renoviert wurde, gab es bei diesen Temperaturen nicht mal einen...

"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...

"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen. "Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch.
