"Parking easy. Breakfast is coffe, nutrigrains, and muffins. Microwave was dirty and you are limited on how many towels, washcloths, and kitchen utensils you get (must return them to get new). Property was worn down. No alarm clock. Internet was so slow I ended up needing to use my phone as a hotspot because I couldn't open simple webpages. This was a work trip and I was unable to do anything once back in my room and refused to pay for "faster" internet. "

"The location is safe, plenty of parking, the breakfast was also fresh and a little of everything, meaning eggs, toast, bagel, fruit, oatmeal, coffee, milk, yogurt, enough to get your day going without the extra expense, also the room was clean, updated furniture, and clean. I enjoyed staying there."

"Parking was very dark and not lighted. Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work. We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena she didnt know or offer to help us this hotel was less then 10 minutes away from the arena. The hallways stunk."

"There's only one ice machine in the entire building, and it wasn't working for my entire stay.The air conditioner was noisy, and a giant floodlight just outside my room meant the room was never fully dark, even with the curtains drawn. The staff person was less than friendly on the phone when I asked for an early check-in. Other staff people were nice, but this woman -- long black hair, big glasses, big eyelashes -- paid zero attention to people walking in and out. She was always looking down, either on her phone or working on some kind of art project. I could have walked in with grenades strapped to every inch of my body and she wouldn't have noticed. Both times I needed her attention, I had to get right up to the counter and say, "Excuse me" in order to get her attention. Just a person putting out the least effort possible to get paid. Then, when I was at the pool, a manager was outside in a shouting argument with one of the employees, and ended up walking away shouting, "You're f'ing dumb," although he didn't use the apostrophe. On the plus side, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable."

"The room was your standard room so not bad. Hope at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast was mid but not bad. The sausage gravy was way to think and kind of slimy. The biscuits were good though. The Hot tub was broken so bummer there but location next to everything made up for it. Overall decent to good stay. "
