"The room I was assigned was in a poor state of repair. Specific issues included:
- The curtain rod had fallen down, requiring me to fix it myself.
- The room lacked the private shower that was advertised and indicated in the reservation details.

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"We were told the day of our arrival that we were being moved to another property 40 blocks farther from the city. What choice did we have at this point?
