"The hotel was lovely and clean and the food was always fresh and a very good selection. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a penthouse suit which we felt could have been a bit bigger and we also had to get 2 x lifts and 2 x small flights of stairs to get to our room from the pool area. We also had a problem with one of the lifts which got stuck in between floors. We were with 4 other people for about 15 to 20 minutes which was extremely hot and uncomfortable and quite frightening and stressful. We had to eventually step out onto a small stepladder as the door still wouldn’t open properly. Apart from this we had a great holiday and would probably go back again (but not use the lift)!"

The sunrise views were amazing from the room, our balcony, and the rooftop area was sweet, with spectacular views. The food was great, especially the breakfasts. And they actually had good 100% Agave tequila!!! Head through the tunnel to a private swimming area with a small beach. All the facilities were modern and well done, clean and comfortable. We loved the location, close to town without the location was convenient without being crazy busy (we rented a car and toured the island plus drove into old town…but you could easily taxi)."
