"Our stay was great. Staff were friendly. Kids loved the pool. Only issue we had was the shuttle service. This could be accessible a lot better. Picking us up they were excellent as there were issues with the train. However is you need a free shuttle to the train station, make sure you do this 24-48 hours in advance! We could not get one the same day and ended up paying nearly 150 euros in taxis to Rome as we missed our train because we couldn't get a shuttle on the same day. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

They provided a WhatsApp number to ask when we were arriving so that everything would be smooth upon arrival and also made us a reservation for the restaurant before we got there. The restaurant was amazing, the food was very good and the service was lovely. Everyone was very helpful and kind and made the stay very enjoyable, easy and relaxing. The rooms were well maintained and very cleaned and it had everything you would need. There was a skylight above the beds and was very beautiful. The gardens and pool were well maintained and lovely to look at as well. Overall, I would recommend this place to other people and I would stay here again. Well worth the price!"
