The staff was nice. Security was there to open the door, so I felt safe. This hotel is located on the "walking street", some might consider the area loud.

No air conditioning

Arrived, to a very tiny room, with no air conditioning. Reservation, and hotel listing both advertised ac. Notified front desk, and after a lot of back and forth, finally received a refund to go stay somewhere else. This particular day, it was very difficult and spent several hours searching for another place to stay. False advertising, won’t return.
