These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units.
The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. We slept on a couch because the beds were very dirty and the pillows had puke on them.

"The place is very nice good price and nice stay except the beach access is not as pictures you need to have your umbrella and chairs the hotel do not provide it. But overall it is not an issue as it is just 2 min from the room"
