"My family and I stayed ant the two bedroom and we had an awesome time. My young sons enjoyed themselves and there was enough room and space for them to play. It was also 9 mins drive from blue mountain village so we were able to have the best of both worlds"
"This was the third time we stayed at this motel in Wasaga Beach. The first time it was good the second time (no offense ) it was man cleaned which was okay. We can handle that. But this time was totally different. We showed up well after check-in time. About 4:30. Check-in time was at 3:00 and there was a staff member in the room. She told us that there was an issue with the sink so she was putting a chemical in there. I have some medical issues so was uncomfortable with that but kind of had no choice. So we went for a drive. Came back to the room. The bed sheets were changed and we had fresh towels. But that was all that was done with the room. The room was filthy. Nothing was wiped down. The floor was gross. Microwave and oven we're filthy we did not feel comfortable using any of the amenities in the room, including the Keurig machine. There was onion skins all over the top of the fridge. Kind of an odd thing to complain about but the shower was so strong it hurt. We will not be returning to this motel."
"We stayed in the private chalet at the back of the property and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed! Private parking for our motorcycles so we could see them at all times, close enough for a nice walk on the beach and about a 700m walk to some restaurants. The chalet itself was so cute and the jacuzzi tub felt great after a long day of riding. We also really appreciated the “take whatever you need” complimentary coffee / tea at the front desk. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we loved our stay, if we are ever back in Wasaga beach this will be our stop!"
"The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, one suggestion for the hotel: considering the room rate is over $200 per night, it would be great if complimentary breakfast were included. It was disappointing that breakfast was not provided."
"The pool area has mold, cobwebs, dehumidifiers caked with mold, pool floor needs cleaning, ceilings are moisture damaged and walls are peeling due to humidity/water damage.
Rooms were gorgeous, very clean and the view was beautiful.
The staff is absolutely wonderful. Especially Shay Lynn who helped us during check in. Bright, bubbly and makes you feel welcome.
Coffee, toiletries and tea were restocked each day."
