"The Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Kids liked the pool, the water was a good temperature. The bed was a little hard for me. No kids programming available on the TV (2 channels said Disney were playing something else) Hot Tub was not functional in the morning and the breakfast area was a little crowded but food was good and plenty of variety.
