Very friendly gentleman operated the residence.
Right at the base of the medieval cite. Pizza and breakfast available and parking. Peaceful to be in the cite at night.

Mixed feelings
The room and bathroom were clean the bed was comfortable. The room was of a good size.
Breakfast - such as it was - was served outside on a chilly morning. The coffee was dreadful and luke warm although the bread was excellent.
Our overall impression was if he cleaned up the front yard and made it more inviting he would have a lovely little place.
We could not sleep in the "Hotel" as it was fully booked. We paid the whole amount and had no refund until now. The "Hotel keeper" was not helpful at all!!!

Einfaches, sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

The only redeeming features were its location - a 3 minute walk up the hill to the old town- and the bathroom which was newly renovated. The room though was not properly cleaned, it was dusty, a dead fly next to the toilet, hair in the sink and the bathroom bin not emptied from the previous occupants. Breakfast was unhygienic and unappetising. Find somewhere else to stay but do see Perouges. The town itself is stunning and should not be missed.
