Premier Hotel Cabin Perry

"We paid for the room, opened the door then left immediately. The non-smoking pet room smelled so strongly of smoke that my asthmatic friend started having issues. The 1970s floor was dirty. This hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures. From the front light by the door being broken to the lobby smelling like moth balls, this place needs a thorough cleaning. Old decor is fine as long as it is clean. This place is not clean. The staff did give me my pet deposit without issue. Still waiting on my room refund."

"Not pleased with my stay. Booked on expedia-room with hot tub. Checked in, no room with hot tub, front desk said since i booked through 3rd party they did not get my reservation right with a hot tub. Nothing offered for thw inconvenience at first. I found the email with my reservation details which did include the hot tub. Only then did they upgrade me to a king suite. The tv did not work in the kiving room and thw microwave has seen way better days. Also the lobby needs better upkeep as there where chips all over the floor when we checked in and still there the next morning. I used my points for a good room due to a long travel day and am still very unhappy about the situation. Lesson learned- call the hotel to make sure you get what you paid for. "

"I just had a 2 night stay & it was good. The room was clean & staff was pleasant. The breakfast was ok, I liked the waffle I made. The pool looks nice but I am not a swimmer anymore so I didn't go in to try it."

"We really wanted to like this hotel. Unfortunately, if smoking is allowed, it seems like the smoke smell carries throughout the entire property. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and we had to sleep with the window open. We also wondered if someone had smoked in the room recently since the window was already open when we arrived. That said, the room itself was clean, the lady at the front desk was wonderful, and the location was perfect for a stop on our trip. Sadly, the smoke smell was too much for us. We didn’t even open our suitcase because we didn’t want our clothes smelling like smoke. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning."

"This motel was rated exceptional. What? Clean but shabby rooms. I asked the desk clerk if there was a restaurant in the area besides Hardee’s. He said that was it. A quick Google search showed he was lying or misinformed. The next morning, at 9:15, he ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign to tell me something incoherent about wanting to shut down the motel by 10, even though checkout was at 11. I was working online at the time. And the maid talked loudly while cleaning the other rooms on the corridor, beginning around 8 AM."
