Worte können eigentlich nicht ausreichend beschreiben, wie gut dieses B&B ist. Alan und Ollie sind die besten Gastgeber der Welt. Der Empfang ist super freundlich, die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich und das Frühstück ist schlicht und einfach der Wahnsinn. Man fühlte sich von der ersten Sekunde an wie zu Hause und war traurig am nächsten Tag wieder fahren zu müssen.

Lovely, charming property that was very clean. There were lots of nice touches in the room from bottled water, teas, coffees to plush dressing gowns and homemade tablet.

Excellent in every way.

This is my second stay. Beautiful B&B with lovely attention to detail throughout. Lovely guys that run the place, nothing is too much trouble. Really love the breakfast room in the morning with the relaxing music and amazing food! Such a steal.

Room very small no where to sit except the bed. very large old fashioned furniture taking up lots of room. No guest lounge. Bed very comfy

We would normally stay in a hotel but we were really glad we found this B&B. We had a large bedroom with great shower. Breakfast was exceptional.

One of the best guest houses you can stay at. I can't stress this enough. You will not be disappointed. Very grand inside. Alan & Ollie are two of the friendliest people you can meet. They are so helpful. Take your bags to you room. Give you advice where to go in Perth. Rooms are spotless with very classy furnishings. No piddly shower for their rooms good strong jet of water. My breakfast was amazing. Scrambled egg and salmon inside a croissant with homemade horseradish saurce. Home made marmalade.

Perfect in every way.

Rooms were immaculate. Our welcome was warm and friendly. Room was stunning and a good size. Impressively clean. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Did my Scottish duty and ate haggis and black pudding. We received advice about local dining and had an outstanding night in town. I lost the room key but was treated kindly, not like the fool I was feeling. Outstanding experience in every way.

Fab guesthouse with amazing hosts.

Ollie and Allan were fantastic hosts and their property is gorgeous. From th initial phone call from Ollie letting us know our room was ready and we could check in anytime, we know that this would be a great stay. The lovely property was booseted by friendly and helpful advice on how to get the most from our time in Perth (great recommendation for Tabla, guys) and wrapped up with a really delightful breakfast. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful place!

Just home from another wonderful stay at the Fitzroy. Ollie & Alan are superb hosts. Their attention to detail is second to none, and they have an extensive knowledge of the area. Would strongly recommend The Venue Gin Bar
