Comodo b&b x visitare Perugia a piedi, senza dover cercare un parcheggio. Dalle fotografie mi sarei aspettata una struttura meno datata, anche se tutto sommato non mi è dispiaciuta.

Hotel confortevole a due passi dal centro.

Il B&B si trova in una posizione strategica. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. La stanza, in stile classico, era molto calda contro il gelido freddo di Perugia. Siamo stati benissimo!

가격대비로 만족합니다만 낡은 호텔임은 사실입니다. 샤워실 청소는 잘되어 있지만 샤워기는 낡았지만 침대는 무척 편안. 주차는 5유로 추가이고 프론트에 이야기하면 키를 줍니다.

Camere sporche e puzza di chiuso,tv non funzionante e bagni datati!Colazione nella media.Per quanto i ragazzi della reception siano stati gentili e sempre disponibili non ritornerei in questo hotel. Spero che facciano dei cambiamenti al più presto per il loro bene e quello dei visitatori.

Graziosa pensione in attira antica e romantica

Tutto perfetto e pulito, assolutamente consigliato. Unica piccolissima osservazione (che dal mio punto di vista non toglie nulla all'ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo): il caffè della colazione non è proprio dei migliori.

Esperienza del mio soggiorno a Perugia.

Esperienza negativa, in quanto il gestore dell'hotel ci ha fatto alloggiare in una camera poco pulita, poco accogliente e che non corrispondeva alla prenotazione da noi effettuata attraverso il sito internet dell'hotel.

A true pearl among hotels of Perugia!

A charming hotel in excellent, quiet location, a walking distance to all the sightseeing sites. We had a beautiful room with a balcony, from which we could admire a breathtaking view. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was most helpful and kind. Before coming to Perugia I was thinking to stay in Hotel Eden or Hotel Fortuna, but staying in Residenza Domus Minervae turned out to be the best choice, much more quiet location, with wonderful views and service. We heartfully recommend it!

Excellent value and location

Great value for money. My room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the location can't be beat. There is an escalator up to the old town so you are in the center of things in minutes but yet the hotel is in a quite quiet location. It is easy to get to the hotel from the train station using the mini-metro (the stop is Cupa, take the first set of escalators up and you are on the road of the hotel; it is just about 150 meters from the top of the first set of escalators).
