"Comfortable bed, convenient location to bus station to get into downtown Lille. Parking was fine. Small restaurant on site but we did not have a chance to partake. The only downside to the stay was that one could noise coming from the next door guests, but not enough to impede our night's sleep. All the staff we meet were helpful with answers to our questions,"

"The Staff was a mixed bag ranging from ok to incredible. A lady at the desk who wears glasses and name started with an H along with the two ladies who were the cleaning crew were superb! They seem to switch out their entire staff every couple days. This is not necessarily bad, in fact service was still good! It’s just no one ever matched H’s service and enthusiasm on day 1 and 2! We did note on weds or thurs there may have been a change in chef. The scrambled eggs were the consistency of egg drop soup that day. The rooms were fun and eclectic, and everything seemed very clean! Bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again !"

"Fairly clean, modern apartments. Some areas like the tiles in the bathroom and the ceiling are showing signs of wear and our sofa was very stained. The location was quite far out on an industrial estate but we used uber to get to the city centre which was around £25 one way as the metro was suspended. I am not sure I would stay again but it was cheap enough and quiet which meant a good nights sleep. "
