"We stayed one night at Le Chevalier Bleu and really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location is convenient for walking around Monpazier. We would definitely stay there again."

"Exceptional is probably the word I’m looking for (I’m honestly surprised it’s not rated 5x).
A beautiful boutique hotel — much prettier and posher than the photos suggest. The pictures don’t do it justice.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are cosy and thoughtfully designed, and the gardens and pool are simply stunning. Breakfast is superb — generous, high-quality, and beautifully presented.
Honestly, I’m struggling to find a single fault.

"I liked the location a lot! Easy to get around as the immediate area is very flat. Would be good for disabled travelers. I didn’t see any kids at the hotel but would be fine for them too. The service was generally good. However, I observed a customer complaining about something and the manager put it back on the customer. Total gaslighting. It was a reasonable complaint. Also sometimes the food was missing ingredients like avocado but the staff won’t tell you they didn’t have everything on the menu. They seemed to be doing the best they could with what they had to work with. "

"The host was so welcoming. He and his wife made us feel right at home. We immediately felt comfortable and like we weren’t just guests in their home but long time friends. Their hospitality was so appreciated. And the home made breads, yogurt, and preserves didn’t hurt either!! 😉 Highly recommend!"

What’s a holiday rental in Pescadoires like?
Holiday rentals are private properties where you can stay for a few weeks, or just a few days, in Pescadoires. Holiday rentals feature extras such as kitchens and laundry facilities so you'll feel right at home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can offer a sense of seclusion away from shared hotel lifts and busy front desks while still allowing you to travel. You'll also find more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which makes a holiday rental an attractive choice for family trips.
