"Caveat: "We stayed in a room which hasn't yet been updated, so the other rooms might be better" The "AC" was atrocious, we had our 1 year old with us and we all struggled through the night in a sweltering room. There was no way (that worked) to control it so we assumed it was controlled centrally. The room was a good size but dated. The curtains let in too much light. "I honestly don't have enough good things to say about this place! From it's perfect location close to transport links, cafes/restaurants etc. its Spacious , comfortable rooms with everything you could need and easy communication with Hosts who were so accommodating with our stay allowing us a bit of extra time on checkout morning. Genuinely a 10/10 experience and one you won't regret if you book. We will definitely be back next time we visit Budapest. "

"More of a hostel than a hotel. Paid £2500 because of champions league for a tiny room next to the bar so when you open your window curtain there were people playing pool and having a drink with music right outside. No room service, threadbare towels, no wardrobe, sheets too small for bed, towel rail not working, double lock on door broken, breakfast not included. I have just been ripped off. Expedia were just as bad with their terrible customer service. Do not recommend hotel or Expedia"
