"Pros: Not a 4 or 5 star type of hotel, but it’s a very nice 3 star place with a small, but full kitchen including a full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and stove top with pots, pans, etc. Also, BBQs to use around the complex. Clean and warm indoor swimming pool and hot jacuzzi. Helpful staff. On site washer and dryer (did not use) which maybe free or charged to your room. Location is next to Big Bear Lake. Nice bath towels, washing liquids, and decent pool towels. Free WiFi in the rooms (so so) and popcorn in the lobby. Cons: The parking lot could be a bit bigger and have more direct stairs from the parking lot to the front doors of the units. So even if u are parked in front of your unit, u have to walk around a long fence. The living room sofa beds are showing their age. The DirectTV in the rooms doesn’t have that many good channels."

"Service was very helpful. I had an issue with my car breaking down here and the staff willingly helped try to jump start my car. When that didn't work they let me know where to find local mechanics available to help fix it. After checking out I had to call a tow truck and they let me stay in the lodge until it arrived. Very considerate and accommodating to my situation. Also, room was nice and clean and had everything I needed. Kitchen was nice as well. Place was quiet with no interruptions to my stay. Neat little comfy hotel, I would recommend to anyone."

"These small cabins are ideal for a weekend getaway. It’s only 20 min from Lake Arrowhead and about 35 min from Big Bear Lake. This location is beautiful with nature all around. My 2 small dogs loved it. The only down side was the rain we encountered for New Year’s Eve but will definitely come back in the spring or summer. "
