"The Virginian is a small and older motel in small town southern Virginia. If you are looking for a bed for a few nights this is the place. If you're looking for fancy, look elsewhere, The staff was helpful, the beds comfortable, and the location convenient for what I needed. It is also pet friendly for a $10 per night pet fee, much less than I have paid elsewhere."

"We were traveling late last night with our 5 year old and immediately we were greeted by Zane at the front desk who was so welcoming and helpful! For being the only one at the front desk he was so attentive and was able to balance multiple check ins and calls all with such care and professionalism. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are SO clean and thoughtful touches to the layout and amenities. Each floor has state of the art coffee makers that makes delicious coffee and the draft wall of wine...

"We had a wonderful experience at this dome site! It was a hot day, but inside the dome was very cool. The views were amazing, and it was a very peaceful spot. We enjoyed the fire pit, and we will definitely return! We also love how close it was to nearby attractions like Pilot mountain State Park, Mount Airy and even hanging rock State Park."
