"I arrived at the property very late. I had booked this property for my daughter‘s bridal shower while I was in town to stay there. When I arrived at the property, there is a note on the desk that someone arrive shortly after 20 minutes no one arrive so I called the number on the paper after calling the number on the paper. I realize that there was more to the note on the desk, it said that the pool had been down for maintenance when I asked the lady why she didn’t have that updated on her website for amenity. She got really upset and told me it was her hotel and she could do what she wanted when I was expressing that I was upset that you can’t just just false advertise that you have a pool and you do not have a pool when the lady thought that I was on my phone telling the world that she did not have a pool she kicked me out of the hotel with my seven-year-old daughter at 2 AM and refused to let me stay there. She also refused to call the third-party merchant I booked with for my refund. I paid $300 for a day that I never got to stay at I tried to dispute the transaction. The hotel declined my dispute her exact words where she was mad I was on Facebook live telling people she did not have a pool that it was her hotel and she could do anything she wanted. Highly wouldn’t recommend to book a family stay or even your self to stay. Here was very rude. Would not let me talk to the manager she declined to let me do that"
