Very good value for the money and a covienent location off I95 with restaurants with walking distance. Rooms are in process off being renovated so in the near future the hotel will be much better.

This motel needs a total renovation inside and out. The floors were sticky. The sheets and blankets had cigarette burn holes, the beds were uncomfortable. None of the amenities worked eg. safe hair dryer iron. The deadbolt look like the SWAT team kicked it in. There were I think homeless people wondering around the premises.

Carpet was ripped and stained- door had multiple holes in it-paint was peeling off the ceiling- finish was peeled off the bath tub- coffeemaker in room.

I've never seen a room so dirty behind the bed table until half the room's carpet was dirty, food stained under the sofa cushion, the room had a bad smell. very disrespectful towards customers. sorry for the flank

Great for an overnight stop on a budget. Don’t expect the Hilton for $60. Comfy bed and hot shower. Wasn’t worried a bit about location/security of the area which can always be a gamble when searching for the best value for low $. Would stay again.

The room smelled like a mixture of bad B.O. and smoke. I had a non-smoking room but it still smelled awful. There were crumbs on the floor, trash left on the shelf from the previous guest, and some gross gunk in the shower. Room was in bad shape.

Staff was friendly. Bathroom and over all room conditions not very good. Almost afraid to take a shower or sleep in the bed. Very limited continental breakfast. Juice machine not working. Nothing put out to substitute.

I stay here every time I come to Virginia for my sons. They go to ait for the military at Fort Gregg-Adams I have never had a problem with this hotel it’s always clean no bugs no sketchy people hanging around I feel safe and the one time I had a problem with my ac they came and fixed it right away. And next month when I come back to Fort Greg-Adam’s to pick my son up for the Christmas holiday I will be staying at this location again!!

I want my money back
I booked this place last minute. I'm an independent adjuster, so I'm never totally sure where my day will end. I found this hotel for under $100, which is hard to find these day, but i should've known better. They were in the middle of remodeling but put me in an older room that looked like it had mold on the carpet, smelled weird (probably the mold) and was next to a room with a bunch of stuff litterally stacked up all over the place. Then they tried to put me in a remodeled room and as I walked back to it, there was furniture stacked up on the back sidewalk and parking lot, probably from the rooms they were remodeling, but it was all just outside, uncovered. Went into the "remodeled" room and it was still a mess. Crappy paint job. Mini fridge didn't work. I ended up leaving and the woman at the front desk said she would refund the full amount. The charge is still on my card and I'm disputing it. I'm pretty low maintenance, I've stayed in some questionable places, and I'm not one to write a bad review, but they didn't even seem to care at this place. Not to mention, some of the photos on their website aren't even what the hotel looks like. It was around midnight, I was exhausted, but I still couldn't stay here.
I thought I had pictures of the room they first put me in, but this is the room that was next door. Curtains wide open.

The property apparently is going through renovations. There was old furniture in the parking lots and outside of the room. They were taking up parking spaces. My room was not comfortable. My TV stopped working after the first night. The room wasn't cleaned, the phone in my room wasn't working where you could call the front office and someone had a dog in their car over night that barked when I came back to my room that evening.
