"Staff very courtious. Very accomodating for my Service dog. Gave me a room on first floor by door so I can go easily in and out. Christmas Tree display at Governor Plaza was awesome. Hotel in a good location for the Plaza and good restaurants within walking distance."
"When we checked in there was a small issue with the room but we were given a new room with no issue. The next day Huey reached out to me to make sure everything was alright and it was. I was there for a funeral, the hotel beds are comfy, they serve a great small breakfast, waffles included and the staff is very kind. I will definitely return when I visit Tuscloosa!"
