"Hotel was perfect for a long weekend get away. It’s in perfect location to both Brussels central and midi station 30 mins walking for both. Buffet breakfast was smaller than other places we’ve been too but honestly they had enough food for every taste. If your gluten or lacto intolerant they had a section there too. Staff were lovely, just bear in mind that there isn’t a daily clean service of your room you have to ask specifically what you need and it gets done, no fuss. We really appreciated that we could leave our bags in a safe place at the hotel especially as we were catching a late train. Room was spacious, we did arrive early and they kindly found us a room before check in time which was greatly appreciated as we had woken up super early and just needed a nap before our Brussels centre adventure. I would massively recommend this hotel. You are not far away from a very chic high street and the town centre is around a 30 min walk. Almost forgot there is a Carrefour extra across the road for anything. Would definitely come back."

"The hotel was conveniently located for the Zuid Midi train station but approximately a 25 minute walk to the main areas around the Grand Place. The surrounding area also felt a little unsafe. Room was small but comfortable enough for a short stay. Breakfast area is too small for the number of rooms and was nowhere to sit. The tables are crammed together so some seating cannot be accessed due to people sitting in adjacent seats. The breakfast itself was average with little choice and only 3 hot items, one of which was bacon which was undercooked in places and swimming in grease whilst only being lukewarm. Only one operational coffee machine with long queues. Overall the hotel serves the purpose as a clean, comfortable base for Brussels but the negatives outweighed the pluses."

"The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel and a metro station close by. The only slight downside is the surrounding area can feel a bit shady depending on the time of day as I was approached by beggars on numerous occasions, however, this is not the fault of the hotel and was not the only place in Brussels where this happened. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area."
