"We were very disappointed in this facility after having seen generally positive reviews prior to booking. The building is old and very tired, poorly maintained. Our room had a leaky faucet in the bathroom, a sink in the sleeping area that wasn't operational, a stained toilet and just generally looked tired. We passed the front desk four times during our stay and there was never anyone there. At check-in (with no one stationed at the desk), there was a sign on the counter with a number to call. When I called that number, there was no answer. When someone did show up, he was friendly and efficient enough. The whole experience, however, was beyond underwhelming."
