"Mold in room, hole in wall, dirty sheets, smelt musty. Breakfast server cold biscuits and watered down meatless gravy, warm milk and a broken juice machine. Save the suffering and sleep in you car or keep driving"

"Stay away. Rooms are disgusting. Cigarette stains on the comforters, smell of stale smoke in the rooms, toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned. Group of 6 showed up and checked right out. There’s a Hampton Inn 10 minutes away that is a much better option. I cannot believe this place is rated 3.5 stars. There is no way. "

"It was good for the price, compared to the hotels closer to the Barnes facility nearby. The room smelled a little like it had recently had a pet staying in it. There was no breakfast meat (turkey sausage would have been nice). The folks working there were wonderfully helpful, especially considering that my husband is disabled."
"House keeping was great. Front desk staff was absolutely horrible. Very rude and not accommodating at all. We were there for my nieces wedding and had a large group. "
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Festus - St. Louis South
4/10 Poor
"The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself left MUCH to be desired. I requested a crib/pack & play when booking and none were available when we checked in. The sheets were gross. I have no other words for it. We checked out and went down the road to the Holiday Inn. I have never left a hotel before due to uncleanliness but there was no way I could, in good conscience, allow my toddlers to sleep in those conditions. Also, the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but I took pictures of the sheets just for proof because it was not good. 😳 The area also just did not feel that safe. Disappointed in the experience overall. I have stayed in plenty of LaQuinta Inn’s before and absolutely none have ever been like this."
"I’d noticed this hotel before so I thought it would be great but I was so wrong. I walked in and the front desk person said she couldn’t find my reservation or the early check in paperwork I’d done online and charged me again for the room. Then I went up to the room and the tv was on (the tv wouldn’t change channels so I couldn’t want anything besides one news channel) and the room smelled smoky and disgusting (even after the front desk person said it was a smoke-free facility). The sink would hold water and wouldn’t drain and I can’t decide if it was the sink or bathroom that smelled awful because of this. There was another person’s food still in the fridge and a personal item still on the floor and crumbs in the bed so I know the room wasn’t properly cleaned beforehand. It was disgusting. And the walls were thin so I could hear the neighbors being intimate and yelling and at some points I was scared to enter after getting back from work because people would just hang out outside and even near the cars. This was a terrible experience and I will never book here again. Book the other hotel next door to it. I accidentally walked in to that one, one night, and it looked cleaner and better. It actually had automatic doors so I could enter without touching the filthy door handles and struggling to get my stuff inside."
"Well worn in general; stained sheets, missing light bulbs, curtains that didn’t close, no chairs to sit on in the room, minimal breakfast selection. Not too expensive but what I’ve come to expect from ABVI."
"Rooms huge, everything new, parking easy. Some parts still seem to be under construction, so there is an uneveness to the experience, but I'm sure it will be great. The one thing that was off-putting was the woman manning the desk when we checked in. She was curt and not welcoming. "
