Lovely comfortable hotel 5 star truly

Absolutely beyond expectations. Really great. Had to stay 1 night on my way due to late arrival in Vienna. Service and reception was great. Had to leave 5am in the morning and they proposed to and did prepare a special breakfast-to-go for me. Absolutely great...

Smooth check in, hotel allowed me to check in early despite being hours early, and they also allowed me to extend my checkout for free, possibly since it was a non-peak season. The gesture is very much appreciated!

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Heater in our room has problem, they have followed up and fixed it. Hotel amenities and toiletries are in good quality. Restaurant serving excellent food and beer. Use bolt to the center at low fare and fast.
