Pforzheim doesn’t really have a lot going on but it’s a good gateway to the Black Forest and it’s attractions. Plenty of trade/car/retail outlets probably get anything fixed. Note this is around the hotel.. Pforzheim is ok

A good hotel for traveling
"Room was ok. In need of some refurbishment. There is also the constant sound of water running in the pipes. Opposite the Train station and in an old building. An excellent location for travel around. A very good breakfast and later checkout."
