Great hotel close to Phalaborwa gate
Lovely hotel- clean, comfortable and warm and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and well presented with everything you need. The hotel is a stones throw from Phalaborwa gate which is a nice quiet gate to enter Kruger. The restaurant was really good and they provide a great packed breakfast if you want an early start in the park.

A wonderful start
What a wonderful hotel the best we stayed in for our ten day trip. The staff were helpful and the food delicious. Excellent value for money. Adjacent to a gate to enter the Kruger Park Go you will not be disappointed

I rate the dinner 2 out of 10 I rate the breakfast 1 out of 10 We stayed here about six weeks ago and it was stunning. We decided to bring friends and were sadly disappointed.The restuarant and dinning have gone south, the rooms are still comfortable and clean.Pity we thought we had found a good spot

A definite must on our next visit.
Very friendly hotel with lovely people and staff. Worth going to their restaurant for the steaks. Most have problems with my need for a blue steak. You mean nearly alive sir? No problem and it wasn't.

They do go the extra mile but room for improvement
Really appreciated the manager accomodating us when we were late for dinner even though staffers seemed to sulk. Dinners were beautifully prepared and really top quality but breakfasts were marred by the hordes of big flies that feasted on the Danish Pastries, bread and the fruit salad (especially on day 1); I had to ask the waitrons to cover the food! (Really off-putting). Also found a lot of ants in the room. I am sure that they could apply better pest control Skimpy toiletries in the bathroom - single supplies yet we booked a double room (2 people!) We had to ask for extras

The hotel is very well designed with an antique-chique african traveler style. The room was great with a huge bathroom and tub and balcony looking into the wilderness (don't expect any big animals as the fence keeps them in the park). Breakfast was served up well, and they'll even pack you one if you leave early. The wifi was only good for emailing, don't expect much in that department. A very well-run, clean, modern hotel that is a great value for price.

Perfecte locatie, uitstekende service, bijzonder goe3d gegeten. Een echte aanrader voor mensen die van hieruit (1km) het Kruger Park willen bezoeken.

Magnifique
Très bel hôtel, aux portes du parc Kruger, pratique pour visiter. Belle chambre avec beaucoup d'espace et très confortable. Joli cadre, gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner excellent.

クルーガー国立公園のファラボルワゲート近くのリゾートホテルで、ロケーションは最高。インテリアはシンプル&モダン、設備・アメニティはベーシックだが、サービス・ホスピタリティは素晴らしい。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。早朝に出発するゲストが多いらしく、朝食用のクロワッサンサンド、ジュース、果物なども持ち帰り用に準備してくれるサービスもあり。 アジアのホテル滞在に慣れている方は、歯磨きセットとスリッパを持参されることをお勧めします。 ホテル内のレストランの食事も美味しくリーズナブル。ワインセレクションが今ひとつなので、生ビールを注文する方がベターかも。

Das Hotel bietet Frühstück und Abendessen an. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist durchschnittlich und für ein 4 Sterne Haus hätte es etwas mehr Auswahl sein können. Kaffee gab es aus einem Wärmebehälter. Die Zimmer sind großzügig. Der Kleiderschrank besteht aus einem offenen Regal. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Eingezäunter Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Besonders die Nähe zum Krüger war optimal.

Beautiful hotel right at the entrance of the Phalaborwa gate to the Kruger Park. Modern concept, large rooms with terrace and all possible amenities, good Wifi connection, friendly staff.

Strategic place to visit Kruger Park
The hotel is characteristic and located 200mt from Kruger gate. The room are spacious but there is no balcony or veranda but just a wide window to the grass (this aspect should be improved) The cleanliness was acceptable but not excellent. Wifi quite weak. Breakfast acceptable. Swimming pool nice. Staff kind. We asked to the reception for a half day safari but was fully booked, at the end they were able to arrange it but at high price of 160€ (usually is 80€). We suggest to have dinner in the restaurant, one of the best in the town (bottle wine is really cheap and good)

Beautiful and confortable hotel close to Park Gate
Excellent hotel. So confortable! Wide room, excelent food and very friendly staffs. Close to Phalaborwa gate of Kruger national Park (maybe 1 km?). You can reserve your safari in the hotel. We loved stay there!
