Großes Zimmer, roch etwas modrig und das Bad war renovierungsbedürftig. Pool groß und etwas verschmutzt, wurde jedoch, nachdem wir diesen benutzt hatten gereinigt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

진짜 최악 입니다.벌레 및 도마뱀 나오고요.청소를 전혀 안 해요.냉장고 안에 유료 음료수 캔콜라에 곰팡이가 있고요. 문 잠금키는 관리인이 아닌 이상 몇번을 시도해야 문을 잠그고, 열고 할 수 있어요. 방 키번호도 앞뒤로 두개가 있는데, 번호가 다 달라서 무심코 받아서 혼자 찾아 갈때 헷갈려 몇번이나 카운터에 묻고 찾아가는 번거로움이 있었어요.무엇보다 화가 나는 건 발코니에 문이 잠기지 않는 다는 겁니다. 혼자 여행을 왔는데 발코니 문이 잠기지 않아.불안하게 잠을 자다보니 제대로 잠을 못 잤어요. 그리고 세면용품 샴푸, 바디워시 구비 안되어 있습니다.

The room was quite spacious but overall would need some fixing up. The hotel is close to the beach and some nice restaurants. The staff was nice and helped us buying tickets for a trip to the sand dunes, but their English was rather poor. Also, I had a roommate I didn't asked for, a cute little lizard!

싼값에 묵었지만.. 매우 별로임 우선 화장실이 매우 더럽습니다. 화장실안에 하수구 냄새가 심하게 나고 물 조절도 잘 안됩니다. 엄청 뜨겁거나 찬물.. 에어컨도 터보로 틀면 냄새가 나고 전반적으로 다시 묵고 싶지는 않음. 다만 가격이 엄청나게 싸니까 싼맛에만 묵는거고 남자들끼리는 가능하나 커플들은 숙박을 고려해보셔야 합니다.

가격대비 만족합니다. 직원들도 친절하구요. 선라이즈 투어 목적으로 하루 이용했지만, 다시 무이네로 가게 된다면 다시 묵을 의향있습니다. 식당가도 도보 10분내로 이동 가능하고, 호텔 내 샌드 투어 및 버스 예약도 가능합니다. 전 한국에서 다 예약하고 갔지만.. 전반적으로 만족했습니다.

무이네 최고의 리조트!!! 두가족이 머무는 동안 최상의 친절과 깨끗한 숙박시설. 아주 만족 하였다. 야외수영장은 24시간 내집같이 이용하고 필요한 것들은 바로바로 피드백 되었다. 슬리핑 버스도 예약이되고 같은값으로 ^^ 특히 타고 내리는 것을 볼가호텔 입구에 내려주고 갈때도 볼가입구에서 탔다. 또한 화이트샌드.레드샌드.요정마을.피싱빌리지 짚 투어 역시 호텔에서 손쉽게 예약해 주었고 무려 4시간 이상 코스를 우리5식구 짚 한대를 3만원에 저렴하게 이용 하였다. 마사지 또한 가능하고 네일아트 까지 한다 매우 싸게 우리 식구는 다했다 밖에 다니는 것보다 싸다 ㅋ 알고 보니 네일아트 하시는 분이 볼가 여사장님 ㅋㅋ 보케거리도 매우 가까워 걸어서 해산물 시장을 갈수 있다. 특히 매니저가 최고의 서비스로 무장한 여인이다. 착하고 아름답고 씩씩하게 상냥하다. 바가지가 없다 ㅋㅋㅋ

2층에 묵었는데 샤워실 하수구냄새납니다 방바꾸었는데도 납니다 수압이 너무약해요 펌프로끌어올리는지 토하듯나오구 뜨거운물도 조절이안됩니다 보케거리랑은멀구요 다른데알아보는게좋으릇요

가성비는 훌륭합니다~~ 수영장은 위치에 따라 깊이가 달라져서 아이들도 놀수 있고 뛰어난 편입니다. 체크인 전에 문을 열어두어 방에 모기가 있었던건 아쉬웠습니다. 보케거리랑 신투어 신바드케밥 걸어갈만한 거리 입니다.

일단 풀장이 있어서 호텔에 머무는 동안 놀고싶을 때 아무때나 들어가서 놀 수 있는게 좋았고 방도 넓고 침구도 깨끗해서 쾌적하게 수면할 수 있었어요. 직원분들도 친절하셔서 좋았습니다.

Очень зелёный, аккуратненький отель с просторными номерами. Замечательная планировка в номере. Дружелюбный персонал. Современное кухонное оборудование. Большой бассейн со свободными лежаками. Собственное кафе в отеле. Охраняемая территория отеля. Очень много семей с дошколятами. Расположен отель в тихом районе,на второй линии от моря. Единственный минус, это нет свободного прохода к морю.

Volga was an amazing accommodation. Pool was nice. Apartment was especially huge, spacious and clean, air condition strong. Service was great. The lady at the reception was of immense help, organising our tours for us and giving food recommendations. Best part is this place is 700m away from Bibo seafood place, which is a most-visit for good and nice seafood.
