"Lovely experience. One recommendation would be to have a step stool of some sort for elder partially disabled people (who are also vertically challenged) to climb into. the luxurious bed."

"The bed was comfortable, the pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was mostly decent one exception to that is the eggs. The scrambled eggs were great but then they switched the eggs the next few days and it was supposed to be like a “fried egg” (I think) it was a flat, round egg that was white with yellow in the middle. That was just nasty tasting. I think they should stop serving that as it was unappetizing but the rest of the breakfast was good. I do wish they had longer breakfast hours till 10am on weekdays. Weekdays breakfast hours are 6-9 and weekends is 7-10. They should just make it 6-10 EVERYDAY this way if people need to leave early to continue on their trip they can still get the breakfast that they paid for and not have to stop at a restaurant just because the hotel hasn’t started serving breakfast yet. EVERY hotel I have ever stayed at has ALWAYS started serving breakfast at 6am. The hairdryer in the room didn’t work and they had no other hairdryers they could give as a replacement. With that being said I did enjoy the stay and will definitely return to this hotel when we come back to the area to visit family again."

"Clean, large room and spacious bathroom with high ceilings. AC unit in window worked well but was a little noisy for sleeping. Could have used a second chair in the room and a refrigerator. We were very happy with the accommodations and easy parking. Central location in town, but still quiet. One big disappointment was that the restaurant was closed. The description for the hotel did not mention this. No restaurants were open for breakfast Sunday through Tuesday and there were very limited options for other meals for the four days we were in Seneca Falls. It was a problem. Staff was very responsive and friendly."

"My room and bathroom were clean, even though there were a few worn spots on the night stand. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. The sitting area was nice and I appreciated the long desk as I was there on a work trip. LOVED the window seat! For the first time, I checked in the vestibule with a live attendant on a check-in screen machine. The process was fine, just different."
